Lookout Downtown is a family restaurant on the corner of 13th Street and 26th Avenue in the Historic Downtown District of Gulfport Mississippi. The gorgeous building was originally built in 1903, as a bank. The motif of the restaurant is exposed brick, beautiful stained wood beams, and a magnificent façade dating back over 100 years. Lookout was known for spectacular steaks and seafood in Long Beach Harbor, and so will the new home of the restaurant in downtown Gulfport. Great Certified Angus Beef , coupled with Kobe Beef, along with the freshest seafood on the Coast, Lookout has a diverse menu with affordable family pricing. A magnificent “turn of the century” bar is located under the gorgeous stained beams of the mezzanine level of the restaurant. The mezzanine is a seating area of the restaurant that looks down into the exhibition kitchen and main dining room and can be used for group parties up to 60 people. The bar offers happy hour every day from 2-7pm and features great, innovative drink specials. LBR, Lookout Banquet Room, is a large catering area on the third level of the building with elevator access, and full bar as well. The room can accommodate 220 for a seated dinner or 300 for a cocktail party. LBR has a beautiful view of the newly renovated Gulfport Harbor, and with great food, service and view, LBR can satisfy the most discriminating diner while working within all budgets.
